Maidstone’s Dream

Artist Commission

FrancisKnight were appointed by Maidstone Borough Council to project manage a series of window displays unveiling Maidstone’s upcoming young artistic and sporting talent to passers-by. Working with the University for the Creative Arts, FrancisKnight commissioned recent photography graduate Rebecca Andrews to photograph Maidstone’s young athletes.

Maidstone's Dream is a project to celebrate the Cultural Olympics and bring together culture and sport, promoting young aspiring athletes living in Maidstone.

Maidstone’s Dream will follow the journey of these young people’s hopes and aspirations in the lead up to 2012.
